I changed the sauce on the pulled mushroom sandwiches. I dislike liquid smoke.
.5 cup water
.25 cup ketchup
.25 cup BBQ
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp soy sauce
.25 cup brown sugar
