Sweet&Sour Bamboo+Tofu Soup

Hello! So me and my girlfriend love the sweet & sour soup from Mongolian Village, so we decided to make our own at home. We added Soya Sauce this time, but since the sodium adds up way too quickly, we will be taking it out next batch we make. Beware of the high sodium in this recipe. Enjoy!


Ingredients
  1. 2700ml (3 containers) of reduced sodium beef broth.
  2. 8oz white mushroom, diced
  3. 3 stalks green onions, diced
  4. about 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  5. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  6. 1/4 rice vinegar
  7. 1/3 stir fry sauce
  8. 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  9. 1 can sliced bamboo shoots
  10. 1 block extra firm tofu
  11. 3 tbsp Truvia sweetner
  12. 2 tbsp black/white pepper
  13. Grounded Cayenne Pepper (To your taste)

Add all ingredients together in pot and put on Low/Medium heat for about 2 hours or in a slow cooker for 5 hours on low.
