I started a kickboxing total fitness workout program with a grazing high protein, low bad things diet and January and total out at 58 lbs down. 13 or so on Fitness pal which I started not all that long ago. Before you are impressed you should know that I have 42 lbs left before I am not "overweight". Miles to go. Anyone know how to get more potassium in? I come up short despite adding High p foods and want to keep sodium down.
