I need help on getting back on track after Vacation.....

I came back from Vacation and I think I did well tommorrow is weigh in We went to Ohio and then on to Lake Mackinaw , Michigan .... I ate pretty good I think. Slow bites so you can savor. I only splurged once and got fish basket... This week on Wed we left from Ohio to come back we went to eat breakfast I had eggs with fruit toast bacon It was alot food.. I started off with my fruit first and then eggs bacon I couldn't eat all the bacon then. Eat half piece of my toast...
