I'm in the same spot as you. Stuck, upped my exercise, lowered calories, etc. These guys have great suggestions. After all the advice I received, I came to this conclusion: I needed to up my fats without going over in my proteins. You may be in the same situation. If so, try riced cauliflower with butter and cream. I added some garlic and salt. It definitely has fat!! it was the first time my macro looked accurate.
