Hello! 47 yr old female, been working on weightloss and fitness since Sept 2016. Had a 4 month setback, but am back at it. 5 weeks doing keto and HIIT bootcamp workouts.
Would loce to make some new friends on here-find it so much easier to stay on track with buddies to motivate you!
