Feel free to add me as a friend! I'm from Australia, I've got endometriosis so I've recently changed my eating habits to 'hopefully' help me in the long run

Hi! I have endometriosis as well. I was 70 pounds overweight at one point, and dropping the excess weight helped immensely. Now that I'm at maintenance, I've noticed that when my diet starts to slip, the pain gets worse. I can always tell when I need to tighten up my food choices. Not by my weight, but by how much it hurts to do things as simple as walk during some parts of the month. Getting healthier DID (and does) help me control my endo issues. :flowerforyou: Welcome to MFP.1
