    8/22 - 155.6 – right direction, must keep logging…
    8/23 – 154.4 – whoa.

    8/25 – 153.8 Goal for the round…but…the weekend approaches…Really wanted a non – whole food snack and glass of wine last night so I went to bed early instead.
    8/26 - 153.8 Goal for the weekend is exercise and plenty of water
    8/27 - 153.0 Ate to my number including exercise calories but feeling mighty hungry and low energy

    Are you still feeling low energy? You've dropped quite a few pounds this week. Are you eating enough?

    8/22 - forgot to weigh in this morning. :-( This will take some getting use to. I ate left overs yesterday but managed to stay within my calories intake. To much bread though. We got these awesome buns and I don't want to waist them. I am thinking about trying not drinking for a month. Sept is pretty quite. I wonder if I can do it. 50 min of walking and 60 squats
    8/23 176.6 I did okay with eating today. Even though spaghetti for dinner. Company again. 50 min of walking. 20 leg raises.

    8/27 176 went hiking this morning. I'm almost at 12k steps on and is only 1:00
    8/28 177 TOM started yesterday. I am so tired and sore today. Moved 2 dryers yesterday up and down stairs plus went hiking 5k. I'm sure feeling it today. Oldest daughter called me yesterday saying she has been kicked out. Expects to move in. I said no, feeling bad. More stress. Ugh! Started eating junk.
    8/29 177.6 No sleep last night. Too hot and all I can do is worry about my Mom and daughter. Mom is still in the hospital. No word on what is happening yet. They wanted her to sign a DNR form. She asked them if she was that sick and they said no. So then why would they ask her to sign one? She didn't sign it. Missed out on doing C25K again. I need energy for that. I'm thinking nap when I get home. If I can sleep. It is another scorcher today.

    Don't worry about them wanting the form. They just need to know everybody's wishes if something happened. It may be called the "DNR" (do not resuscitate) form but you can fill it out either way. It could just as easily be called the "do everything you can" form because that is one of the choices. Best wishes to you and your Mom (and your daughted, too).

    I've been losing and gaining the same 3 lbs since March. 173 is my lowest, I just so want to see the 6's again.

    8/21-176 Ate Mexican food out for the last 3 nights. Wonder why I gained 3 lbs back? :)
    8/22 - 175. I knew some of this was just sodium. But I DID run 2 miles last night. ;)
    8/23 - 175. Did some weight lifting and went for a walk. Stayed within points. Its a win for today.
    8/24 - 174.8 I'll take it. Stayed under points, ran and did yoga.
    8/25 - 174.4 still the right direction. Took a rest day. My body was complaining. Back to working out today.

    8/28 - 175.8 - so seeing my problem. The weekends are doing me in! I can do great all week, just not enough schedule for me to stay on track. I need to plan better beforehand. And maybe have a 1 or 2 beers less. :)

    8/30 - 174.4 Ok, not where I wanted. But lower than I started.

    This has been a very good Challenge for me. I look forward to logging my weight everyday and seeing how others have done. Thanks!!

    8/25 - didn't weigh in. - This is a process. The weekends are my nemisis.
    8/26 - didn't weigh in. Got a work out in. Ugg Goblet squats. Over on calories, short on time, no time for meal prep and my parents and my kids bombarded me and pizza hut won out.
    8/27 - 202.3- under on calories, good on steps, good on food and meal prep. (of course, it's monday.)
    8/28 - 201.7 - Under on carbs, good on water, got up from my desk.
    8/29 - 202.6 - Ate perfect until dinner hour. Nachos and BLT for dinner. (Don't ask.) Still tracking. Over on calories.
    8/30 - 201.7 - Starting today off well...
