Well friends so far I've been down & I've been up , so today I'm exactly the same but started my morning pages again , logging & hitting water hard today & the gym . I'm committing that my next report will be way better
8/19= 135.4 started going back to intensive cardio vs just weights . Next week going to try & combine the two more . But I already had way to much for breakfast so Saturday needs to get reigned in quick !
