Regardless - add me as a friend, it'll be fun right?!

I own and operate a custom couture cake bakery. Talk about difficult to manage when trying to eat healthy!

I work customer service in a food hall and surrounded by amazing food all day too. I also spend my paycheck and often owe them money at the end of the month

Feel free to add me. :)

Been In the Industry for the last 25 years, started out as an apprentice chef moved all the way up to executive chef of 4.5star 363 room hotel in Melbourne, Australia. I have worked in 5 different countries and have learnt plenty along the way.

Fortunate enough to have a GM who could see past the whites and promoted me to the ops manager of the hotel. Recently being the one of the directors of f&b for a multi venue catering company in Toronto.

However moving back to Melbourne in the middle of August, where I will be the national catering manager of a large corporate company.

Anything out of a deep fat fryer and freshly baked breads are my weaknesses. Carbohydrates in that form are not my friends, but love them never the less.

I own a small restaurant with fantastic food as well. It does make it harder!
