Let the Pain Begin!

Hi all, Fed up with being over weight and unfit for all of my life and being 42 I am not getting any younger so decided that I really needed to do something about it, so here I am, looking to lose 110lb , started a month ago and so far I have lost 15lb so on the right track,

Good for you! Exercise makes me stronger so I love it. To reduce pain from exercise, do a full round of stretches afterwards and use the RICE method as needed over the next few days.

The biggest pain for me is being hungry ALL THE TIME. But this really does get easier after first 10 days or so. I wish you success!0
