Apple cinnamon jelly recipe? Preferably low(er) sugar....

Hi, does anyone have a good recipe for an apple cinnamon jelly? A lower sugar one would be great. :flowerforyou:

    5 apples, cored and cut up
    ¼ cup water
    2 cinnamon sticks (optional)
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
    1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

    Throw it all in a pressure cooker (cook for about 10-12 minutes). Remove, puree in blender (immersion). You can cook it longer or shorter depending on what texture you want. If it is too liquidy, reduce it on the stove or in a pressure cooker.
