My name is Carl and have been on the site since early June. I have lost 9 pounds so far. I am 65 and mainly want to maintain my present weight of 155-160. You really don't know how many calories you eat in a day unless you record them. I like this part of the site the best. It has really taught be how to eat more healthy. I go to the gym 3 times a week to lift weights and walk or bicycle almost daily. This site was a great find.
