This is a general conditioning circuit I do 2 to 3 times per week:
Left arm suspension lat pull
Right arm battle rope (both ropes)
Right arm suspension lat pull
Fit ball push up
Left arm battle rope
Squat and DB curl (two hands lift to chest in low position)
Right medicine ball get up. (from supine position to feet)
Right renegade rows
Left medicine ball get up
Left renegade rows
Right DB clean and burpee.
Right split squat and DB curl
Left clean and burpee
Left split squat and DB curl
kettle bell bear crawl and pull through
kettle bell swing
squat thrusters
Right suspension muscle up. (Handles chest high, Hold handle, squat, jump up as high as you can)
Left suspension muscle up

2 to 3 rounds with minimum rest. It’ll bust you up and gas you out.
