You make a "rate my diet" thread and post names of foods instead of calories/macros.
When you ask if 1000 calories is a good amount to loose weight
When you title your thread "what am I doing wrong?" on your diet that you have been doing for 2 weeks following some "get slim in a month" diet you saw in a mag
When you ask if you should cut out fruit because it goes over your MFP sugar allowance
You ask how to loose belly fat? or thigh fat? or ars fat? or ear fat?
