    The ground cinnamon is a great idea. I will use that in the future. :)

    I add 5oz coconut water. Not a lot of calories and full of taste and potassium. Costs about 50 cents for 5oz.

    I usually have a green smoothie every day. My current go to combo is

    1c skim milk
    1c water
    1 banana (fresh or frozen)
    5-6 frozen strawberries and/or a handful of frozen blueberries
    frozen leafy greens (I blanch batches of various leafy greens, blend them together and freeze into muffin sized disks-2 disks per smoothie
    1 pkt splenda

    I do green smoothies every so often and I always use one large handful of organic baby spinach then add the following:

    - FRUIT (one line item from below)
    * 2/3 cup frozen mango & 2/3 cup frozen pineapple
    * 2/3 cup frozen pineapple & 1 medium banana
    * 1.5 cup frozen mixed berries
    * 2/3 cup strawberries & 1 medium banana
    * 1 cup pineapple & 1.5 T unsweetened coconut flakes

    - LIQUID (one line item below)
    * 3 to 5 oz of water (enough to blend it properly)
    * 3 to 5 oz of unsweetened almond milk
    * 2 to 3 oz of water and 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

    - EXTRAS FOR FUN (I don't often do these, but have in the past)
    * 1 T chia seeds
    * 1 T cocoa powder
    * 1 T ground flax seed
    * 1/3 cup steel cut oats
