Do you have a food or drink that triggers overeating? Challenge yourself to eliminate a trigger food (or three!) with me this week, Monday through Friday.

    I will be eliminating added sugars, wheat and alcohol. All of these cause me to overeat at times. Even when I eat them in moderation, which I have been, I feel less than stellar.

    So this week, to bust out of my latest plateau, I'm challenging myself to eliminate them and see what happens.
