Hi I'm Christie

I don't think anyone looks at any of these posts farther than glazing over the top page of most recents. So no one should click to get in this far. But if you did click the link, or if the link shows everything someone posts, howdy. I've been fluctuating from 180-200 lbs for most of my adult life, but recently, I have been able to cut down to 170-180 lbs, and keep it there with minimal changes to my life. I would like to build on this now that I've got the ball rolling, and set a goal I can achieve at my own lazy pace. I'm shooting for 150-160 lbs, and to keep it there. Maybe I can go from there for more?

    Sounds like u are on right path, keep moving watch your portion control , re look at your self every weeks .... Denise
