HI

I was doing very well about 3yrs ago and was starting to finally lose weight. During that time I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and had my thyroid removed. During the surgeries and treatment I was still able to lose weight. Now fast forward a year later and one cheat meal turned into a cheat day turned into a few days of eating whatever. Now I am 3 yrs out and am struggling to find motivation to lose the weight. I not only gained what I lost but also some extra weight. I am tired of all the aches and pains and know it is due to the weight. I need to find my routine again. Since last week I have been watching what I have been eating and trying to cut out the junk and the amount of senseless snacking.

Hoping to find some motivation and get this weight off for good.

Good for you that you are here. Thats a HUGE step in the right direction. I find it very motivating when I type in my food and am under my calories for the day. Add a bit of exercise and VOILA! Stick to it. BE PATIENT. Stay here. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

add me if you'd like :)
