@lemurcat12 Yes, I'm looking for very low calorie foods to snack on after I've filled my calorie limit that won't "break the calorie bank" and make me go way over my limit if I'm still hungry.

But things like mustard and Diet Coke aren't a snack. I think focusing on planning a days worth of food that will fill you up would be a more productive endeavor than looking for extremely low calorie things to eat if you are still hungry...

I basically agree with this, but when I switched to not snacking I found it helpful in the short term to have a few things I could grab if I just wanted a bite of something or wanted to be eating. I still occasionally will use pickles that way on the weekends if I'm hanging around my house.

But this is more about a step to breaking a habit and a desire to eat vs. being hungry.

I do find making meals very intensely flavored (as with spicy, low calorie sauces or jalapenos or some such) can help them feel more satisfying even if very low cal.

I recently discovered a sriracha seasoning (vs the sauce.) Granted, 5 grams of sriracha is only 5 calories... but if you're having a day where every calorie counts (y'know, like every day), sometimes I'll swap out the sauce for the seasoning.

I find that coffee and tea are the only low calorie things I usually have between meals. I've sort of given up snacking so that my meals can really shine.

Still...sometimes you just get the munchies... you know? Pickles are great. Homemade popped corn is also pretty sweet if you have the wherewithal to resist loading it up with butter. ... Plus sometimes it's a lot of work for my particular mindset, especially in the evenings.
