I don't mind working out it's being able to eat what I want when I want that's a problem

    Then do that. Just don't consistently overeat. Planning/logging your food intake can make you more aware about what you really want.

    Start logging you food, whatever you want to eat. Wear a fitness tracker and sync it with your MFP account. Put in your stats and figure out how many calories you are allotted daily. Eat back your calories earned through exercise.

    Eat what you want when you want but in the calorie allotment you are given.

    I actually wouldn't recommend eating back your calorie allotment. Usually calorie goals take into consideration your activity level and exercise. When you "eat it back" you may actually be eating more than you burn as well.
