"Millionth" try at weight loss

Hi! I've been chunky nearly my whole life, & I'm ready for a change. I find this app so helpful with my fitness goals. What caused my obesity was eating fried foods & sweets multiple times daily. As of June 27, 2017, I have been practicing healthier habits. I have lost 17 lbs so far, and I hope to lose maybe 30 more. Any comments &/or new fitness pals are welcome :)
