Hi everyone, I've actually had this app for years. But I never really stuck to it. I'm now at my heaviest I've ever been. I'd love to hear everyone's progress and gain some motivation. :):)

    Hey :) I started 97 days ago at 145lbs and I am now 126.5lbs...18.5lbs down :) This is the longest I have ever stuck to it and tbh I am a changed woman now...I am not going back. Good luck :)<3

    I was also at my heaviest a month ago when I decided to get back on track with fitness and healthy eating. It's been a little over 3 weeks and I am down 10 pounds. To be honest, diet is way more important. The key for me was counting calories, I had no idea how much sugar, etc. was in the cereal, yogurt and other foods I was putting in my body. Switching to healthier alternatives is really helping. For example, I have a major sweet tooth. Instead of giving up cold turkey I switched to halo top ice cream. I can still eat the whole pint, but now it is only 240 calories versus 1600 for Ben and Jerry's.

    I also setup a 17 week running plan through the app which is keeping me from trying to go too quick and burning out (typically why I fall off the wagon).

    I'm hoping this will finally be something I can stick with for a long time.
