Marinades

Hello all,
Trying to figure out how to track marinades. I made a teriyaki marinade for a flank steak today but not sure how track the calories. If I add the calories for each ingredient the total calories are 1,739. Most of this is the vegetable oil which is 1,440. Most of this marinade is going to get thrown out so the total 1,739 I know is not accurate. Anyone have ideas on how to track this?? Thanks

    Maybe you could weight how much is there before and after? Then you do some math! Like if X gr = 1739 calories, then Y gr (what you consumed) = Y x 1739 / X

    Since oil is so calorie dense, I would focus on that. Weight it before, and weigh it after.
