I did MFP back in 2012 and lost 30 pounds. It was awesome, I felt motivated and I looked great in my best friend's wedding! Then I got a new job and relocated and things started to get rough. I gained 10 pounds. Then, I lost that new job and was suddenly unemployed. I gained 10 more pounds. I got a new job but it was sitting for 10 hours a day 5 days a week, and I gained 20 pounds. Then, I moved to the Middle East for a volunteer peace project for six months. Surprisingly, I only gained 5 pounds while I was there, even though it was one of the most difficult experiences ever. When I moved back to the States, I was reunited with the Bacon Cheeseburger and gained 15 pounds.
4 months ago, I got another new job and moved to Texas, where I am now. It's been rough and lonely, and I've already gained 5 pounds. This is the heaviest I've ever been and the worst I've ever felt about myself.
I made a list of 30 things I want to do before I turn 30 in just under 6 months, and one of the biggest priorities on this list is to lose 30 pounds. I need to get some control over my life and start the healing process. I'd like to lose another 30 after that, but babysteps, right?
Anyways, I could really use some motivation and friends. Similar paths, different paths, what have you, we're all here to be healthier versions of ourselves, right? I try to be a supportive MFP friend. Let's do this together!

Texas must have a way of making people fat and unhappy--at least the same happened to me when I moved here 2.5 years ago!
Anyways...I'm 30, in the DFW area, and am hoping to lose ~38 more pounds. Feel free to add me!0
