Days Where You Can't Get Full

I am having one of those days today.
So far this morning I've been able to make good eating choices (although I am already over my daily sugar allotment thanks to some red grapes...), but a well-meaning friend brought me chocolate and I can't stop thinking about it.
I have carrots, but they don't sound good, which tells me I'm not as hungry as I think I am.
What would you do? Allow yourself a chocolate splurge and watch what you eat for the rest of the day or keep chugging water in hopes that your stomach will feel full soon? At this rate, I'm going to be eating lunch at 11am!
Hope everyone has a great day.

Try a workout first, even just a walk. Since my activity has been seriously restricted, I've noticed my appetite (physical, not emotional) has skyrocketed. (Have some of the chocolate, then go for the workout.)0
