I've recently lost roughly 3 stone however I haven't had my menstrual cycle in 4/5 months, what can I do to get them back without gaining all my weight back? How much and what should I be eating? Any help is great thank you

    What are your current stats?

    Have you seen a doctor?

Talk to your doctor, and get labs done to check for any deficiencies such as anemia.

I see from previous questions you are 135 to 140 lbs. (I may have the wrong ID) You should really see a doctor. Did you lose 100 lbs in just 6 months or something crazy like that? I saw binge eating question. Are you bingeing and then starving? How old are you?

You really need to see your doctor for some guidance as judging from your other posts, you are struggling with some form of disordered eating. It is not healthy to cease your periods and can contribute to bone density issues. Please seek some form of professional guidance. I really hope you can find some balance in your eating.
