What to make with golden flax meal?

So a while back, I bought a lot of golden flax meal in bulk because it was cheaper and I was using it for these really good low carb breakfast muffins. However, I realized that they expire at the end of October and I don't know what else I can use it for. A quick Pinterest search showed me these crackers which were yucky.

Any suggestions are appreciated! They need not be low carb either - I'm back to just straight up calorie counting!

Thanks!

Time to make and freeze a bunch of baked goods! 1 Tbs flax meal to 3 Tbsp water, soaked for 20+ minutes is an egg replacer in most baked goods (wouldn't do cookies though). You can also add it to oatmeal if that's something you eat.

If you look for vegan recipes, you'll likely find some uses for the flax meal, since its a pretty common ingredient.

You can put it in the freezer and it will keep.

I use it in lots of stuff, in Greek yogurt with fruit, on cereal, on oatmeal, in sauces, sprinkled on cooked vegetables. It has a nice nutty flavor - use it liberally! (Except for the fishy smell if it isn't combined with some other fats...)
