Sync fail and can't access Support Centre

1) I know this isn't meant to be here as it's a tech support request, but I'm at work and can't access the Support Centre to post it. My app is being screwey and I can't get on from there either.

2) I'm a premium member, and use the iPhone app and also web interface. The sync across my account has failed in the last 24 hours, and entries on one are not showing up on the other. I've tried to force a sync from my phone, but it just says "sync in progress" and never gets there.

Is anyone else having these issues?
Does anyone know how to fix them?
(Yes, I've logged out of both and logged in again. Yes, I've cleared my cookies etc. No I haven't uninstalled the app because that's the bit that has more data and I don't want to lose it.)
