Hello everyone! I'm Katie and this school year I don't want to be one of those teachers that complain about how much weight their gaining. Instead I want to maintain my positive energy while losing some weight! My goal is to lose at least 10 pounds and I hope I will be successful!

It happens to us all in the profession!!!
    Good luck though!

We need a teachers only group, if there isn't one.

    Does it?

OP, I don't know where you are or what your staff room/facilities are like, but I'd highly recommend planning and packing your own meals, and learning to avoid the often frequent staff room "treats". My school seems to have regular morning teas with massive of cakes, biscuits, pastries etc (none of them are particularly special or "worth it" imo).

I try to stay in my room and only eat my food from home.
