Low density, high calorie foods?

Anxiety issues have caused me to have absolutely no appetite lately, which at first was kind of nice, but now it's just annoying. I'm losing like 3lbs a week and I want to get back to a normal rate of 1lbs weight loss a week.
My problem is that I get full so quickly now. Heavy foods just make me feel sick and I no longer can eat through the day like I used to.
Does anyone know of foods like peanut butter that are high calorie but not like super filling? I still do want to lose weight, so I'd prefer for healthy options, I just don't want to be shedding off so much so quickly.
Thank you!

It doesn't matter if the food is "healthy" or not. For body-weight purposes, calories are all that matters.
Anything with cheese and/or oils is a good bet. Pizza comes to mind since I'm a junkie. For slightly lighter options, carbs (pasta/breads/wraps) are relatively high in calories for their bulk as are nuts/seeds.
