I've heard some TERRIBLE advice from trainers that have completely gone against what both my own doctors and registered dietitian advised. It depends on why the trainer is suggesting that (Is your friend lactose intolerant? Did she seem to want to cut these items out?). But in my experience, what works for one person doesn't work for everyone and it's all about finding what works for you and what will work in the long run. I just don't know what the two week thing is all about and in my own personal experience, eliminating foods to introduce again only works out worse in the long run.0
