Hello! I'm looking to lose some body fat and gain muscle mass. I'm told to keep a 2000 cal/day diet, but I'm actually feeling a little body bipolar because I know you need to eat to gain muscle, but it also feels counterproductive to losing the bf. Anyone else ever feel this way? Anyway, looking forward to learning from and with everyone.

Hey Lacedeno, I am no expert but I think its easier to do one of those at a time. I think trying both is pretty stressful for your body. Maybe do a couple of months one approach (until you get a positove result) and then start with the other? Not sure which order to try them in though.0
