I gonna loose 36 pounds to feel happy with my aparece and go on with my life. Being in a abuse relationship make forget about my self. It's time to become the woman with 120 pounds I used to be so my goal is 140 pounds. I don't have any family or friends I live in
Austin. Will be nice find people that can motivate each other. Wish me luck on my journey to loose weight.
Have a nice day.

I feel you. My weight gain occurred while in an abusice relationship, and I recently relocated to San Antonio with no friends or family near me. I'm down about 32 lbs from my highest weight though. You can do it!3

I look at it this way. Technically you just lost 180 or so plus pounds of garbage with the divorce
