Are you restricting yourself from having snacks or desserts during the day? What do u snack on in the middle of the night?

If you are having a hard time curbing the habit. Eat fewer calories during the day to balance out what you eat at night.

Also, I find that when I eat dinner right before bed, I sleep better and don't wake up hungry.

What I found was when I used to go bed too late then it led me to mid-night snacking. Then I started to hold back some calories during the day as a contigency plan and went to bed a bit earlyish. I must stress you should log all you eat diligently so you know exactly how much you have consumer saved within your allowance to complement any snacking required. Hope it helps

If I haven't eaten enough during the day or have had an exercise day then I find myself waking up around 2am starving and end up going downstairs for a snack. I am trying to make sure im eating my allotted calories and eating more when I exercise in order to sleep right through and avoid the midnight munchies!
