Celebrating the first steps

I was always overweight/obese growing up and it got really bad during college. I ignored it blaming my problems on on other things, but about 2 months ago I finally got tired of it and decided to change. I started at right around 400 pounds (the scale I used wouldn't read any higher) and have now lost at lest 20 pounds. My goal is to keep going until I'm around 250 but these first 20 lbs are such a huge victory for me. I really feel like I'm starting to turn this around.
