Anyone have fast diet tips, I want to loose 4pds to be out of 200s.

That fast weight loss isn't good weight loss.
Stick to a reasonable deficit that gives you a loss of around 1% of your body weight a week.
Be patient and consistent.7 -
My fast diet tip is to very quickly decide that you need to change your habits for the rest of your lifetime if you want to attain and maintain a healthy weight. There is no such thing as a fast diet.
Put in your stats. Pick 2 lbs / week. Eat the amount of calories it suggests, wait 2 weeks.2 -
Get a food scale if you don't have one. Walmart has them. Log every single bite you eat. Drink water 1/2 hour before every meal.2

I don't recommend fast loss but if you want to see the scale go down...cut down on the carbs...mainly what is often referred to as starches like rice, bread etc.
that would do it...my son does it to cut for his fight weigh ins.
ETA: however there is a caveat to this...that "weight" will come back...it's water weight....
If you want true fat loss then just stick to a deficit and be patient.1
