Anyone tAke a "pound"class with weighted drum-like sticks? Just took my first one and liked it. I don't know how to put it in as an exercise, there isn't a "pound" exercise. Any advice??

I love Pound, but I don't have any suggestions on how to log it.0

I loved it and then my gym cancelled it.
I used to put it in as 45mins general aerobics. That showed as around 450 calories burn. Then I made my own exercise for Pound and copied the burn.

Old discussion, I know- but I wanted to chime in with how much I've enjoyed pound class. Just came home from my second one. I'm still far from getting the hang of it, but it's fun!0
