Got through a tough day

For whatever reason, I had a hard time staying within my calorie goal yesterday. All morning and afternoon in between meals/snacks, I felt incredibly hungry. This is unusual, as I'm normally good between times I eat. Maybe it's TOM or whatever, but yesterday I truly struggled. All it took was for me to say to a friend "I'm having a hard time today" for me to get over it. A few encouraging words and I bucked up and actually had a bigger deficit than I was scheduled for. Admitting you are struggling can be helpful if you have the right people surrounding you. Keep it up everybody, you can do this!

He is. If you don't have TOM (Time of the month), count your blessings.1
