Potato, sweet potato and tomato recipes?

My neighbour just gave me a glut of potatoes, sweet potatoes and tomatoes from his garden. Fancy trying something different with them. Any ideas? There is a large carrier bag of each!

I already made a chilli today and a pan of potato curry with the last lot he gave me two weeks ago.
