Hi everyone my name is Erica Cyr. I just started my fitness pal yesterday. I currently live in Concord, MA. Two year's ago I had a gastric sleeve surgery. I have lost about 45 pounds. But however I have gained 10 pounds in 2 months. I am flying to go to Paris France and I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions about what to stay away from. And also I want to lose at 10 pounds. I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. And also when i get back from Paris I was wondering if anyone would be willing to walk with me 4 times a week. Well take care everyone and have a good rest of your Wednesday afternoon.
