Need friends to begin this journey with for support

I'm 36 years old. 5 foot 3 inches. And currently 245 pounds. Anyone have a similar background and need a friend to help motivate and support?

    Hi :)
    I'm 5 feet 5 inches and am currently at 240lbs. I'm working on trying to get down to 170 and then evaluate if I want to lose anymore (since I don't even remember the last time I was under 200lbs!)
