Another newbie

I started using this app several years ago with the intent of gaining muscle and getting healthier in general, at which time I was not over weight. Post motorcycle accident and a several year hiatus from working out I'm back at it, but this time losing the weight i have gained is my primary focus. Ive been doing intermittent fasting 16:8 watching calories and lifting/cardio 5-6 days a week. Slowly starting to lose some weight but if anyone out there has experience with IF feel free to add me.
