Starting lower carb diet. Been attempting for a week but side tracked frequently. Hope for any tips you all find helpful.

    Hello, I found roasted fish or chicken with steamed veggies like carrots, peas , fresh beans is a good replacement for high carb pasta or bread etc. veggies come with lower carb in comparison and also fills you up. hope it helps :)

    My only hints are:
    Meal Prep
    Pre- Log as many meals as you can
    Since you are eating low-carb, try to get your carbs in early ( I find when i do it this carb, I have the "energy to get through the day and make better decisions)


  • Is a low carb diet right for you? If you find it difficult to stick to perhaps you are in need of plenty of carbs, and ought to concentrate on lowering calories and fat or sugar more. I can't get on with a low carb diet, my blood sugars drop too low. (No I'm not diabetic.) ☺

    Low carb or keto is HARD to follow. You might get great results from moderate carbs, eating certain types of carbs, and eating time.
