Is there a way to adjust your own calorie goal?

So when I put in my stats the app defaults to the amount of calories I should consume in a day. Is there a way to change the number? Even on the lowest setting of losing weight (.5 lbs per week) the calorie count is still lower than what I personally want to aim for. I feel I need slightly more than 1,330 calories per day.

If you exercise you would get more calories, but you can change the goals:

if you change the activity level it will also up the calorie allowance
I had it set to 2 lbs a week it was allowing 1200 and said the same at 1 1/2 lb a week
it was not enough so I changed it last week
I set mine to 1 lb a week and sedentary it allows 1440
set to lightly active it changed to 1670
set to active it changed to 1980
set to very active it changed to 2290

If you have recently joined MFP ,
    Go into:
    GOALS
    Macro and nutrient goal.
You can click on what number you like
    Then press the tick button.

I am unsure regard the older programs.
I do think you could override the number.

Yes, but you actually have to follow through with being lightly/active/very active. I can change my activity level to highly active and rejoice in the extra calories, but i'd also be overeating because in reality i am not highly active.
