Hey I like you!! What's your issues? I suggest seeing a registered dietitian and ignoring the 1200 calorie limit that MFP will put you on. Figure out your BMR and TDEE using an online calculator and just eat 500 calories less than your TDEE. Make a plan to increase your activity and you'll be ok!!

This is a really good TDEE calc

Eating good includes eating an appropriate amount of calories - to lose if you're overweight, or maintain if you have a healthy weight. 1% of your total body weight is a good, healthy weekly weight loss goal. Set your calorie goal accordingly.

You don't have to exercise to lose weight, but you need to eat less. If you consistently eat less than you burn, you lose weight. I would actually recommend ignoring the treadmill and instead find a selection of activities you enjoy, and stop "trying to lose weight", just find a way to eat less that you can keep up forever.

I'm female and 47, and I hate exercise as well, so - hi :)

Turn exercise in something Usefull, I listen to podcasts and audiobooks while exercising, this make it less boring as I do not focus on the exercise itself
