How to add friends

This might seem redundant to a lot of people, laughable even, but my first day I went through a lot of trouble to add people. Turns out you just gotta press their screen name, a new window will open up, then you just tap the screen name again to get you to the send request form.

    How am I not seeing this? Lol. Is it the little blue person with the plus sign...then you have to enter your full name?

    I just tried it with my nick name and it worked (I sent it to you), I guess it's just a courtesy to write your full name.

    I didn't know at first either. Happy I found out! Definitely makes this easier knowing you have friends on here who are trying to reach the same goal.

    Exactly!!! My grandma was just telling me that dieting is tough, I told her about MFP, this community and she was very amazed. I love the community part, when I'm feeling weak or tempered I just log on, surf the posts, add friends, check out my feed and I'm motivated as hell!!
