*January 2014 - started weight loss journey w/ T25
*April 2014 - started 21 day Fix
*May 2014 - completed 5k (33 mins)
*July 2014 - started Les Mills Combat
*March 2015 - started Les Mills Pump
*June 2015 - started Body Beast
*January 2016 - started Hammer & Chisel
*May 2016 - joined the gym and started a "bro split"
*January 2017 - started Thinner, Leaner, Stronger
*June 2017 - started upper/lower split

I am following IIFYM and currently lifting 4-5 days/week along with about 1-2 hours of cardio/week

    Way to go ..... I've found the exercising so much easier carrying less body weight. Picked up 30lb in body pump the other week and cant believe I was lugging that around every day 8 months ago .....

    No, I hate the taste, and I feel like that stuff is way too overpriced...I usually drink premier protein shakes instead...or dyamtize ISO-100.

    I'm an inch taller- but other than that- our stats are close- I'm only 18 lbs into my journey- but I will succeed. And I like lifting also.

    That's awesome! I don't think I would have kept on going if I just continued doing cardio, lifting has changed my life!
