I am really looking forward to better health. I am a 44 yr old 18-yr diabetic. My health has to get better for my sake and my children!

    You are right. This is a life long journey and commitment. It takes time and lots of small changes to lose weight.

    Eating a wide and varied diet will help nourish and heal your body.
    By planning and cooking your own meals you will be able to control what goes into your body and limit processed foods.

    Take the time to research new recipes, tips and hacks and try new products. Get excited about food again.
