Congrats for winning the battle so far. That is my new goal. I have young kids and so often treat myself after tucking them in. I have treated myself into obesity. I am also staying up way too late. So as of today ( just starting to focus on my health) no more late night snacks and earlier to bed.0

This has been a huge thing for me. I decided I need to stop eating at 7 pm, unless it is planned ahead or I am still hungry -- but no more snacking.0
